Agua de Luna Spa operates with address at Presbítero José Ceja 7, Valle de Bravo, Estado de México. By using this site or booking a service, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept these terms.

We offer spa, wellness, and group experience services at our premises. Detailed descriptions, durations, and prices are on the services and packages pages, and may be updated with prior notice.

Services are delivered with the quality and professionalism that define us; aesthetic or wellness results may vary among individuals based on personal conditions.

Bookings can be made online from the site (with instant confirmation) or via WhatsApp, email, or call (confirmed in writing by our team). A booking is firm once you receive the corresponding confirmation and, where applicable, have made the deposit.

Group experiences, packages, and private events require a 50% deposit to lock the date. The balance is paid on the day of service.

We accept cash, bank transfer, MercadoPago, and credit or debit card. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Invoicing is available on request at the time of payment, in accordance with SAT requirements.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice incur no charge. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. For private events or packages, policies may be adjusted case by case and communicated at booking.

Some services may not be suitable during pregnancy, with certain medical conditions, allergies, recent injuries, or under the effect of medications or substances. The guest is responsible for informing us at booking of any relevant condition.

We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or decline a service when, in our professional judgment, there is a risk to the guest's health or wellbeing. In such cases we will offer an alternative or refund.

To preserve the spa atmosphere, we ask you to silence mobile devices, avoid calls in common areas, respect schedules and other guests, and refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward staff or third parties.

We reserve the right to ask anyone breaching these norms to leave the premises without refund.

All site content (text, images, logo, design) is the property of Agua de Luna Spa or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

The name 'Agua de Luna' and the tagline 'Connect · Renew · Flourish' are distinctive marks of the business.

Agua de Luna Spa is not responsible for: loss or damage of personal items not handed for safekeeping (we offer lockers), allergic reactions not previously declared, or experience changes resulting from incomplete information provided by the guest.

We are also not responsible for site interruptions, typographical errors in prices or availability that are corrected promptly, or content linked from external sites.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in good faith. Attempts to compromise its security, automate access, or use it to distribute malicious content are prohibited.

The site may experience interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes; we do not guarantee continuous availability, though we work to minimize downtime.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, prices, operating practices, or legal requirements. The current version is the one published on this site, with the last update date at the top of the document.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Valle de Bravo, Estado de México, without prejudice to consumer rights established by PROFECO.
